Même Pas Peur is a free-spirited, generous and full-bodied Rasteau, crafted without added sulfites, as close to the grape as possible.
It highlights the immediate expression of the fruit, freshness, and a pure sense of pleasure. It is an instinctive, sincere wine to be enjoyed like a treat, without inhibition.
Another way to experience Rasteau: more direct, more vibrant, and more joyful.
Tasting notes: It is generous, with dense, velvety tannins. The texture is silky, almost playful, evoking the sensation of a sweet treat.
Advice from the sommelier : The presence of carbon dioxide from fermentation gives it a slight beading on opening. It should be decanted a few hours or vigorously shake the carafe. Serving temperature: 18°C (64°F).
Upon opening, due to the possible presence of natural carbon dioxide, it is recommended to either:
decant for a few hours, or
gently swirl the decanter to fully release the aromas.

Terroir : In the north, the vines are planted on terraces, allowing optimal use of space. The main soils are clay-based, stony, and granitic.
In the south, the vines stretch across vast parcels, sheltered from the wind by hedges of cypress and poplar trees. The soils there are mainly limestone or sandy.
This diversity brings balance, freshness, and aromatic expression to the cuvée.
Winemaking : Hand-harvested grapes in small crates.
Careful sorting, destemming, and blending of the grape varieties before alcoholic fermentation, with punching down of the must.
A low-intervention vinification, respectful of the grape, with no use of sulfites. Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and freshness.
Potential of ageing : 5 to 7 years.
Already very expressive in its youth, this wine can also develop beautifully over time.
