Palate : smooth and balanced. It shows the typicity of the terroir, lots of freshness, and flavours of black fruits.
Advice from the sommelier : Serving temperature: between 14 and 16°C. To be served with cold meats, poultry, roasted meats.
Terroir : It is the largest vineyard of the northern appellations, located in the Drôme, on the left bank of the Rhône. The appellation originally included only the city of Crozes-Hermitage and later extended to the neighboring cities. The vineyard is thus in its southern part, more recent than that of the Hermitage.
Winemaking : 100% Syrah. Alcoholic fermentation and controlled temperatures.
