Tips from the sommelier: Serving temperature: Serve chilled (8-10°C) to best express the fruit.
This Rasteau VDN Ambré has an intense old gold color with golden highlights and a complex nose of nuts, dried fruits and delicately candied yellow and exotic fruits, coated with sweet spices and precious woods.
The palate is elegant, starting with freshness and finesse, then developing great aromatic complexity and breadth. The notes of the nose are echoed on the palate, accompanied by a fine sweetness that supports and details them throughout an exceptionally fresh persistence.
Pair with desserts such as peach, walnut or chocolate tarts, but also with a fine Roquefort cheese.
