THE ESSENCE OF THE WINE
This Saint-Joseph is an elegant, fruity, and generous wine that showcases the full finesse of Northern Rhône Syrah. It offers a beautiful aromatic intensity, a dense yet supple palate, and a balanced structure. It is a characterful wine that is both approachable and profound, ideal for the table as well as for moderate cellaring. Over time, it gains in complexity and nuance.

Nose : It has a fruity character, dominated by aromas of blackcurrant and violet.
Palate : Generous and dense with fine tannins. Very harmonious, without being too corpulent.
Advice from the sommelier : Serve at room temperature for tasting, between 16 and 18°C. Chicken and vegetable vol-au-vent, rosemary beef steak on the plancha, lamb and olive stuffed tomatoes...
Grape varieties : 100 % Syrah
Terroir : The Saint-Joseph vineyard is made up of very steep slopes, requiring mostly manual work in the vines.
It features numerous small terraces created by human hands, shaping the landscapes of the Ardèche.
Winemaking : Destemming, traditional fermentation, followed by 8 months of aging in tanks and barrels, 10% of which in new barrels, in order to preserve the fruit while adding structure and complexity.
Potentiel of ageing :Already enjoyable in its youth for its fruit and balance, this Saint-Joseph will develop notes of leather and licorice, harmonizing beautifully with age. Can be kept 10 to 15 years.
