After an exceptionally mild winter and intense rainy spells in the spring, the exceptionally hot and dry summer allowed us to harvest grapes of excellent quality with remarkable concentrations.
The Châteauneuf du pape white and red 1998 is a great vintage. It presented in red a lot of matter and color, intense and dark dresses and a rich and powerful palate, warm, with aromas of over-ripeness and a tannic structure cut for the guard with a final nevertheless quite fresh.
Particularly interesting on their evolution, they keep their promises with a mouth of velvet suave, whose round and melted tannins support all the nuances of the aromatic richness.
