HARVEST
A rare and precious vintage, the fruit of a vineyard that has chosen depth...
This year's harvest began early, in mid-August, and produced a rare crop. Roussanne, colorful and bursting with Provençal sunshine, was the first to ripe, closely followed by Syrah. There was little juice this year, but its richness amazed us : lots of color, power, depth... The vines chose the essentials, as if to remind us that quality matters more than abundance. 2025 is a unique vintage, born of patience and respect for nature.
